Advisory Board
The Advisory Board of Directors is the key advisory body of CUHI. The main purpose of the Board is to provide strategic oversight and policy direction for CUHI, as CUHI is administratively part of the University of Toronto and follows the accountability structures of the University of Toronto. The Advisory Board has no fiduciary responsibilities. CUHI’s governance structure is intentionally designed to facilitate engagement amongst a variety of academic and non-academic stakeholders.
