The CPSO releases Physician Information in two forms: bulk form and non-bulk form. Physician Information in non-bulk form is publicly accessible through the online “Doctor Register”. You may search the Doctor Register using an Easy Search, Advance Search or by CPSO Registration Number.

Physician Information in bulk form is not publicly accessible; interested individuals are subject to Policy #6-02 and must submit a written request to Merna Eisenberg (Fax: 416-961-3330) at the CPSO.
